Intelligent Exercise Classes

A range of body conditioning routine that teaches your body to be intelligent in awareness of movement. We help you to correct your posture, increase strength, flexibility, and mobility, as well as increasing your metabolism that helps you to burn more calories.

Pilates

The art of bodywork that focuses on the flexibility of the spine, breathing, bodily kinesthetic awareness, and activation of the core muscles, which result a better balanced posture. Using a variety of equipment, such as reformer, magic chair, tower, fitball, etc., you will get the optimal results by working different muscle groups through different class series. Our classes range from fundamental to intermediate level, as well as group and private session. The classes are exclusively 8-10 people, which makes every person gain the optimum level of personal attention.

Far Infra Red (FIRe) Hot yoga is the art of body work which is adapted from Hatha Yoga, combined with a warm room to help facilitate movement, increase joint mobilization, and increase the level of challenge compared to Yoga in a normal room temperature.

Stretch & Heal

A slow phase and relaxing class to start your week! It is done in a warm room temperature (about 32 degrees) with a stretch band, with the purpose to stretch your muscles and myofascia to release any tensions in your body.

Muay Thai based fitness class. The best class to burn your annoying fat and improve your endurance. The only body weight training class that uses a pulley wheel system. The pulley wheel will challenge you to stabilized your body during movement so that all your movements are a total body workout. This class will also allow you to rotate 1800, a movement that is seldom used in any exercise class but crucial in daily activity.

Exercise Rehabilitation

Provided by a Clinical Exercise Physiologist, our program is specialized in providing exercise as medicine. Exercise is well known to increase fitness level but is least known as its medical properties it provided. Those who feel fatigue quickly, experiencing sarcopenia, osteoporosis, heart conditions, high cholesterol level, are the one who needs exercise in their medicinal prescription. We provide highly knowledgeable clinical professionals to cater an exercise program for you.

Private Class

A special class with special exercise prescription for your condition. We provide you recommendation on what type of exercise will benefit your condition, however you may also choose from our variety of exercise range – Gym, Pilates, Aerial Fitness, Yoga, etc.

Gyrotonic®

This method was developed by Juliu Horvath, an ethnic Hungarian, a professional dancer from Romania.  Horvath suffered a series of debilitating injuries during his dance career, and began developing what are now known as the GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® Methods as a way to heal himself and regain his strength and agility. Gyrotonic exercises are performed on custom-designed Gyrotonic equipment. Gyrotonic exercise sequences are composed of spiraling, circular movements, which flow together seamlessly in rhythmic repetitions, with corresponding breath. Each movement flows into the next, allowing the joints to move through a natural range of motion without jarring or compression. These carefully crafted sequences create balance, efficiency, strength and flexibility.

Healthy Heart

A specialized and safe class for you who have a heart condition. All classes are supervised by an exercise physiologist, a nurse, and a doctor. This class includes aerobic and strength training exercises that aim to improve your health and fitness and reduce the chance of having another heart surgery. 

Intelligent Postural Therapy (IPT)

Our Postural Therapy is the latest Scientifacally design therapy to work with any kind of postural problems. It is based on the recognition that a body with a proper postural alignment functions better than a body with poor postural alignment. The body can regain healthy posture with corrective therapy using Dynamic Energy Stimulation (DES), the latest German medical system that put the muscle in a contract-relaxed phase in order to release muscle tension and increase muscular strength.

Ideal posture allows the human body to enjoy health, beauty, physical ability, and longevity. Correction of postural issues improves muscular function, blood circulation, energy flow, relive low back pain, improve scoliosis, or post-stroke rehabilitation.
