ELLEN Kurniawan Lie

As the founder of Svarga e-motion sanctuary, Ellen Kurniawan Lie started her holistic healing journey since 1999. Enriched with Yoga, Pilates, GYROTONIC®, Tao healing, Chi Circulation, Sound Therapy and Trauma Releasing Exercise (TRE). She dedicates her knowledge to help others. She believes that posture is the key to a healthier, better life. Everything is reflected in the posture – the illness, the personality, and even the mind. With correcting the postural alignment and breathing pattern, we can re-align the body-mind-and spirit and unlock the true nature of who we really are.

STEPHANIE Triastuti Lauw

Stephanie: Qualifications: Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology, Bachelor of Exercise and Health Science, AntiGravity Aerial Yoga certification, AntiGravity Suspension Fitness certification, AntiGravity One Start Instructor, Sports Medicine Australia certification, BASI Pilates certification

Graduated from University of Sydney as Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology, Stephanie T.Lauw is now the head of the exercise classes in Svarga. She is experienced in working with healthy clients, and especially those with chronic conditions such as heart conditions, diabetes, and musculoskeletal problems. She has experience conducting exercise classes in hospital settings as well as maintaining a life long exercise program to improve one’s fitness and wellness level. She believes that movement is medicine – doing it with the correct form and breathing pattern it can unleash the inner self-healing.

NENENG Kaswati

Qualifications: – Bachelor of Commerce – Michael Miller Pilates certification – USA – Polestar Pilates Practitioner – Body Arts and Science International (BASI) Pilates certification

Coming from a cooperate background, Neneng took a brave decision to do a major career shift. Having worked as a marketing staff for 14 years, she found herself interested in Pilates in 2005. She was agreed to leave her job and do further study as a Pilates teacher. Her experience as a former Sundanese traditional dancer supports her ability to understand human movements better. Through her 12 years of Pilates teaching experiences, she has developed deep understanding of biomechanics and applied human anatomy. She is currently one of the senior teachers in Svarga who is often known as the “mother” of the junior teachers due to her soft and calm nature. This quality has also shown through her work and teaching experiences with pregnant ladies and children.

ANISA Sadewa

Qualifications: – Body Arts and Science International (BASI) Pilates certification

Anisa started her journey as a teacher when she lost 10 kg by doing Pilates. She finds that Pilates does not only allow her to get the ideal body image, but also enhances her confidence as a person. She wants to share the joy of gaining benefits from this technique. Her way of motivating people to get into their body gets you a challenging full body work out class.

ANGGA Suwarsa S.

Qualifications: – Fithai® Cardio Muaythai trainer certification – AntiGravity® FUNdamental 1&2 certification – Svarga Pilates certification

Angga was a senior therapist before moving into exercise realm. He started to learn more about posture analysis, biomechanics, and physiology. He believes that exercise is able to correct one’s posture, making us feel fitter, and increasing the awareness to our own body. He is very pleased as he can help people to achieve better and healthier life.

GINA Sefrila

Qualifications: – 200 RYT Hatha Yoga – AntiGravity® FUNdamental 1&2 certification

With her artistic soul, Gina was a fashion designer, contemporary dancer, and a recreational ice skater before trying Aerial Yoga at Svarga. She found her new passion in aerial yoga and took the teacher training. She found that it changed her life positively – she gained confidence and a better posture. She went deeper and took a 200RYT yoga certification in Hatha yoga and a nutrition study. Gina believes that yoga is able to create a calm and joyful body and soul.

SAMsul Munawri Azhar

Qualifications: – Bachelor of education (sports education) – Fithai ® Cardio Muaythai certification – Personal Trainer Fitness – Certificate of khan 2 Yellow (MuayThai) – AntiGravity® FUNdamental 1 & 2 certification

Started from a hobby and passion in exercise and sports, Sam started his career as a swimming coach and a Personal Trainer (PT). With this, he was able to support himself financially to then pursue his bachelor degree in sports education. His philosophy is to trust the process and dedication – it is what you do when no one’s watching that counts.
